At Coordinating with Court, my mission is to craft weddings that feel effortless, intentional, and beautifully true to each couple’s love story. I believe the smallest details make the biggest impact, and with thoughtful planning and seamless coordination, I create celebrations where couples can be fully present and savor every meaningful moment.

Hi, I’m Courtney!
I’m the planner behind Coordinating with Court, where I help couples and families in the Ottawa Valley and Renfrew County turn their dream celebrations into reality. I’ve always loved the magic of bringing people together. The laughter, the food, the happy tears, and the once-in-a-lifetime love stories that deserve to be celebrated in a big way.
Weddings and events aren’t just about details on a checklist for me, they’re about creating an atmosphere where everyone can be fully present and soak in the joy of watching two families become one.
Outside of planning, I’m a proud wife and mom, which has only deepened my love for meaningful milestones. Life is busy (and very chaotic!), but that’s exactly why I believe celebrations are so important — they remind us to pause and take every moment in.
Whether it’s a wedding, party, or special celebration, my goal is simple: to bring calm to the chaos, beauty to the details, and joy to your entire experience.
